Civic Organizing and Coalition Building Training
Certified trainer of trainers on strategic nonviolent action, civic mobilization, and grassroots organizing with specific experience in election monitoring, get-out-to-vote campaigns, and diaspora organizing.
Research and Policy Analysis
Subject-matter expert on democracy and human rights issues; including the intersection of technology and human rights, transnational repression and surveillance technology; and foreign policy issues including human rights conditions in foreign assistance and sanctions against human rights offenders.
Media Relations and Safety
Veteran public speaker, and media commentator, with a wide network of journalists and tangible expertise in journalists’ protections and safety measures in hostile environments and providing emergency assistance.
Options
Sessions are held in person at Janoub Group's office in Silver Spring, Maryland. Slots are limited each month, all start with a consultation first.
One-hour consultation — $100 A focused conversation on a specific question: a campaign decision, a safety situation, a policy problem, a piece of research you are scoping. Ten slots per month.
Three-hour deep dive and brainstorming — $300 Extended working session for a team or a project. Strategy design, coalition mapping, campaign planning, or a problem you have been circling for months. Five slots per month.
Specialized training — $2,000 Week-long commitment. Custom-designed for your organization, staff or movement. Civic organizing, nonviolent action, election monitoring, journalist safety, or a combination. One per month.
